Transparent Pricing, No Hidden Fees
Every rate above is exactly what you'll pay — we don't add delivery fees, booking fees, or surprise charges at pickup. Because we're pickup-only out of our Yukon lot, you skip the delivery fee that inflates a lot of other Oklahoma City trailer rental quotes. A refundable security deposit applies to every rental — $100 for the utility and 24 ft side-by-side trailers, $150 for the stock trailer, and $100–$200 for the rest — and it's returned once the trailer comes back in the condition it left. The only charge beyond the deposit is a $100 cleaning fee, and that only applies if the stock trailer is returned with animal waste or soiled bedding inside. Late returns are subject to additional charges, and cancellations inside 24 hours may forfeit the rental fee — otherwise, the price you see here is the price you pay.
Why Our Rates Stay Lower Than Delivery-Based Rentals
- No delivery fee — pickup-only pricing keeps every daily rate below most OKC trailer rental competitors
- Every trailer includes a weekly rate that saves you roughly one to two days of cost versus renting day by day
- One refundable deposit, returned after your rental — no cleaning fee unless the stock trailer needs it
- Reserve online in under two minutes, or call 405-925-2006 to check same-day availability
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to rent a trailer in Oklahoma City?
Daily rates across our eight-trailer fleet run from $80 for the 16 ft utility trailer up to $160 for the 22 ft deckover flatbed tilt. Car haulers and the equipment trailer are $120/day, the enclosed cargo and 24 ft utility trailers are $130/day, and the stock trailer is $100/day. Every trailer also has a weekly rate that costs less than paying the daily rate seven times.
Do you charge a deposit?
Yes — every rental includes a refundable security deposit, typically $100 to $200 depending on the trailer ($100 for the utility and 24 ft side-by-side trailers, $150 for the stock trailer). It's returned once the trailer comes back in the condition it left, on time.
Are there weekly rental discounts?
Yes — every trailer has a weekly rate built in, and it costs less than renting day by day. For example, the utility trailer is $476 for a full week versus $560 if you paid the $80 daily rate seven times, and the same discount structure applies across the fleet.
What's included in the rental price?
The listed rate is the full cost of the trailer for the day or week — no delivery fee, since we're pickup only at our Yukon lot, and no booking fee. The only charge beyond the daily or weekly rate and refundable deposit is a $100 cleaning fee, and that only applies if the stock trailer is returned with animal waste or soiled bedding inside.
Why is the enclosed cargo trailer discounted?
We're currently running a promo on the enclosed cargo trailer — $130/day instead of the regular $150/day, with the weekly rate at $773. It's an ongoing promotion with no set end date, but call 405-925-2006 if you want to confirm today's rate before you drive out.
